    My roommates and I are looking for a group of 2-3 people to take over our lease starting May 1! It would be a 1 year lease from May 1, 2024 to May 1, 2025.

    The space is the basement of our landlord's house who lives upstairs. It's located by the intersection Main St and 41st St. It's a 5 minute walk to the R4 line and 03, 1 minute walk to the 41 bus line, and 12 minute walk to Oakridge-41st Canada Line Station.

    Our landlord has set the price to $3000 including utilities, excluding WiFi. He is willing to rent to either two persons (1 per bedroom) or three. One of the bedrooms is significantly larger than the other. Suite comes with a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. It's being rented out unfurnished however my roommates and I are looking to sell our furniture for a reasonable price if wanted.
