No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Youville is a good option. Most areas in Youville are reasonably quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue, although that is not the case near Autoroute Métropolitaine. On the other hand, this neighbourhood features a good amount of greenery; it is very easy to access public green spaces from a large number of locations in the neighbourhood since there are about 30 of them close by for residents to enjoy. In addition, residents will find that the tree canopy coverage for many streets is reasonably good. Lastly, although this area is not known for its lively atmosphere, its main streets are still quite dynamic, and with its a few nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities.
