Grand 3 1/2 Hochelaga

Hochelaga-Maisonneuve has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. Finding bustling streets in this part of the city is easy. Despite the fact that there is a poor selection of entertainment venues, there are very often a very large number of people around, and places to go out at night are well-distributed throughout the neighbourhood. Main streets, including Rue Ontario, are very good for those who like going out. Hochelaga-Maisonneuve is quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic, however some areas can be quite loud, especially closer to one of the railway lines. The greenery in this neighbourhood is quite prominent as many tree-lined streets are present. There are over 50 green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy, such as Parc Champêtre and Parc Baldwin, and they are especially well-situated, which results in them being very easy to access from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood.
