I love this apartment and have lived here for 3 years but will be moving in with my girlfriend so I will be getting a bigger place. It has a balcony with a nice view, lots of closet space, nice big bathroom and close to all amenities right next to PA Supermarche, 4 blocks from Alexis nihon or Guy-Concordia metro. Flexible move-in date between June or July. If interested I have a portable air conditioner and a portable washing machine available so that you don’t have to leave the apartment to do laundry. And if you move in June the rent is only $1,287 until July 1.
