    Cozy, clean, easy to heat trailer-cabin a 30 minute drive to downtown Whitehorse. Wood stove for primary heat. Private, access to trails, good people in area. Outhouse and blue jug - no running water. Metered electricity but electricity is not included in the rent.

    Appropriate for people able to shovel snow (deck, parking area), use a wood stove, haul water, and use an outhouse.

    We plow the road which is flat all the way in, but you still need a reliable vehicle. No public transport available.

    Lots of trails adjacent for people who like to run, ski, etc.
