Looking to rent a 2 bedroom + **SINGLE** home in Riverdale. Not interested in anyone above, below or on either side. Single home only!! Family of 4 with 2 small childern and a well trained dog (small/medium size dog) we are looking in the price range of $2500 pou but would obviously depend on the unit if we would be willing to go any more. Looking for at least a 1 year lease. References are not a problem. Ideally Looking for April 1st but are open to moving earlier then that if the right home is available.
