Musher's/Off-Grider's "Paradise"

Off-Grid cabin/land rental opportunity. Near Twin Lakes (1.5hrs north of Whitehorse, 0.5hrs south of Carmacks). Available now to the right person. Rent negotiable. It's not pretty but there's a fully functional cabin with woodstove, propane fridge, propane oven/stove for rent on 6-acres. Solid outhosue. Decent sized dog run, fully fenced w/ 8' tall game fencing, and materials to expand if needed. The 6-acre lot is part of a larger lot, surrounded by crown land with access to many kilometers of mushing and snowmobile trails. Good access/driveway (just shy of one kilometer, it's flat and wide). One neighbour across the field from you who is a musher. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A TINY HOUSE there is room to park it here too! Rental includes farm truck with plow, snowmobile, generator, and access to "outbuildings." Our only expectation is that you do what you would need to anyway to keep the place afloat, ie. keep the driveway plowed, brush the snow off a few roofs, etc. Please email for more details.
