Wanted: Quiet tenant looking for suite/cabin/lge room longer term rental

Quiet, peaceful, clean tenant looking for an affordable rental - ideally longer term. Excellent references, no pets (but love them and happy to help with any!), non-smoker (no drugs, parties etc!), prefer a healthy and peaceful lifestyle. Long term Yukon resident. Hoping to find a suite/ apartment/ cabin or large room in a shared home. I take good care of spaces I live in, and am clean, peaceful and considerate. Happy to help with shovelling, dog walking, gardening and yard care etc. Budget ideally within $1000-1700 inclusive, depending on what type of space (but can possibly find some flexibility especially for short term). (For cabins, I'm ok with dry cabins though would love to have good back up heat, a grey water drain from the sink and good internet ... the only one of those that's possibly flexible for an otherwise great cabin is the grey water drain).
