There is running water in the kitchen and hot water but a bucket under the sink for the waste water... Camping toilet, first and last month of rent (the last month of rent will also be use as a damage deposit if necessary) No drug, no alcool, no party. Internet can be share with the neighbour for 75$ per month and power is more or less 100$, more in the winter less in the summer. Well behaved dog might be considered.
