ISO: Acreage rental in the Fort Saskatchewan, Josephburg, Bruderheim area. We are a family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 children. Minimum 3 bedroom, 1 bath Must allow pets…my pets(indoor cats) are very well behaved and willing to provide references not only for myself and children but them as well. We have our own equipment for snow removal, grass maintenance, garden, it's not an issue to take care of. We are long term renters, have experience with acreages/small farms. We both work and have stable jobs. We are very outdoorsy and prefer to spend as much of our time outside as possible. We are currently paying $2500/month (utilities included) but we need to be within 25 minutes of Bruderheim for my husbands job. We have been with our current landlord for 6 years.
