If I can't tell for sure which part needs to be replaced, I will let you know (over the phone, before visit) the probable case scenarios, like: "If this needs to be replaced - it would cost this much, or, if that needs to be replaced - it would cost that much." To be able to do this I am kindly asking that you have make and model number at hand before placing a call;
- Hourly availability: I could come within 1 - 3 hours;
- Daily availability: If you call before 2:00 PM I will be able to come to your place, do the estimate, get the part(s) (before my parts suppliers close for the day) and come back to your place and finish the job the same day;
- Professional repair: I have a diploma in electromechanical engineering and have a great understanding of the theory, not just the practical part of the job I am doing. You are welcome to watch all the repair process and ask any question you want. No gimmicks.
- I carry a lot of most common parts in my van and most repairs are done during the initial visit.
- For every repair I give 12 months warranty.
- If there is a cheaper (aftermarket) alternative part I will let you know your options.
- Extended business hours: For those who are not available during regular business hours - I will be available in the evenings;
- Early morning phone calls answered: Be free to give me a call any time from 7:30 in the morning;
- I work seven days a week and on holidays.
