SERVICE AND DIAGNOSIS FEES
The appliance will be inspected and diagnosed before a repair quotation is provided.
If you approve and proceed with the repair, the diagnosis fee will be applied toward the repair labour charge.
If the problem is diagnosed but you decide not to proceed because of the repair cost or parts availability, the diagnosis fee will apply.
If the appliance cannot be diagnosed because of access or other technical limitations, the applicable charge will be explained before any additional work is performed.
