ANTIQUE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE - DATED JUNE 20 1902!

This beautiful marriage certificate certifies the marriage of Samuel Hirchbury? and Rosina Garvey in the city of Montreal Canada on June 20th 1902. That's an amazing 119 years ago! Paper doesn't usually last one hundred or more years like this. The certificate has wonderful color still with bright reds, greens, yellows and blues. Hard to take good pictures of it behind the glass. All of the signatures are there and easy to read for the minister and the witnesses. I didn't like the condition of the frame so I took it apart and refinished the frame to make it more presentable. (I was also hoping to find something really interesting behind the picture - you never know) What a wonderful piece of marital history and I just couldn't see this piece being mistreated, forgotten or thrown on the garbage heap. I hope you can find a nice place for it in your home and maybe whenever you see it it will remind you of your marriage day. Measures 45cm x 57cms tall.
