Smart's Brockville No. 9 with the rounded diamond G

Marked with a 9 on top of the handle.

Circa 1920 - 1949

Absolutely zero imperfections to this piece. No pitting, cracks or chips. Sits perfectly flat, has been professionally cleaned, re-seasoned multiple times and ready to be used!

Many refer to Brockville cast iron as the Griswold of Canada. It is high quality, light and super smooth cast iron.

It rather seems like the Diamond G logo started off front and center, then circa 1940 became smaller then seemed to disappeared altogether. Any James Smart cast iron cookware with a rounded G in the logo is probably post 1920.
