Vtg Textured Landscape Print by American Listed Artist Westal

Beautiful vintage textured landscape print by American landscape artist Westal (aka Walter Brightwell. Westal was his pen name). Signed by the artist to the bottom right on the print. Westal (1919-2005) was a well known American listed artist who specialized in painting rural life landscapes. He was also a gifted lithographer. This textured print is amazing with brilliant and vibrant colours depicting a fall country scene with a young girl riding her horse over a little bridge with her dog following her. Two ducks are sitting peacefully in the stream/river. Attention to detail and design is evident. Good vintage condition. Some wear to gold coloured wood frame. One could remove the colour and be left with a beautiful maple frame. Art is approximately 19 3/4” wide and 15,5” long. Frame is approximately 22 3/4” wide and 18.5” long.
