Tall Ships in Halifax at Sunset

This is a nice photographic print of tall ships in the Bedford Basin at sunset. I don’t believe it is an old, historic photo. I don’t know the photographer, nor do I know specifically which year visit of the world’s tall ships that this photograph captures. I do know it was not in 2012 or 2009. Halifax hosted tall ships in 2000 (see one of the photos) but I think this image predates 2000. I figure that the photos was taken between 1970 and 1995. There’s a slight discolouration on linen mat on the bottom right but I believe this can be removed with careful attention. Image is framed well. The frame is in sound condition. Image is 21 inches by 16 inches. Frame is annoy 27 inches by 24 inches.
