These binoculars are great for a variety of uses particularly when you want a wide field of view.
These Carton Tokyo opera glasses were purchased by my father in the late 1950s. Like my father, they are not ornate but, rather, have a fabulous practical and functional look about them. They are labelled 6 x 15, field 7, no. 76189. They have a genuine leatherette carrying case lined with red velvet and both the glasses and case are in very good condition. I might even say “excellent condition”! There is a nice simple strap on the case and the glasses themselves have a robust black woven cord to attach around the neck for safe keeping. As a theatre goer they are certainly something to be used in opera and theatre, a necessary item more discreet that a smart cell phone. Everything is fully functional. The case is 4.75” wide by 2.25” deep by nearly 2.5 high. The glasses are 3.5” wide by 1,5” deep by just under 2” deep. There is even an original brand labelled (Carton Tokyo) cleaning cloth in near new condition.
I may be able to deliver to Lunenburg or Bridgewater and perhaps to Halifax. I am certainly willing to ship domestically in Canada assuming all shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.
