Royal Doulton Canadian National System Cake Plate - Maker's mark on back: Made in England by Royal Doulton Bone China - Made for Canadian National System believed to be short for Canadian National Railway System. - Features a floral pattern of beautiful bouquet of traditional flowers from the garden - Measures ~9 5/8" across the handles; 8 3/4" diameter. - Plate is trimmed in gold. - Likely produced in the 1920's when rail travel across Canada was entering it's heyday! This cake plate is in great vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Asking $25.
