Description

1990 Edmonton City of Champions Board Game- excellent The object of the game is to be the first player to control either the six business properties on a single side of the board or control the four corner business properties. A property is controlled when a player successfully places two of his chips on that square. Edmonton started calling itself “The City of Champions” when its professional hockey (Oilers), football (Eskimos) and baseball (Triple-A Trappers) all won their league championships. The game bottom says this is “an excellent social and family game.” It was made by Northern Games of Edmonton and is designed for 2-4 players, aged 8 to adult. The game is complete with deluxe game board, 160 control chips, fortune and Edmonton cards, rules, 4 markers and 3 dice. The game box has some slight wear but, overall, box and contents are in excellent condition. You can pick this up in Porters Lake or northend Halifax.
