Front hinged snap ball closers for top and bottom doors
with beveled glass for clock face, chains, and weights.
Top back wood panel uses turn buckles to seal panel
The removable back bottom screws to the frame.
Clock uses 8 day chain weight drive, 2nd weight for song chimes, and 3rd for a set of 4 chimes simultaneously to strike hours, half hours and all quarter hours;
The clock chimes are Hermle 451-050. 94 cm’
To wind weights anytime pull down pen chain end.
Westminster song chimes hourly and every 15 minutes;
Manual on/off night-time silencer stops chiming for sleep.
Moving moon phase dial, black Roman numerals on brass, serpentine hour and minute black hands; weights in brass tubes; 3 brass chains, large brass lyre pendulum.
