Have had it for at least 40yrs. Just the way it is shown. Petal Control knob not in it. Serial: 1091//30 Italian Made. Looks like it was modified at one time. What else has been taken out, have no Idea. Sounds Perfect as is just like any other 120 bass Accordion. She is Way to heavy for me. Comes with a few Old Acc. Sheet Music Books.
