BUD VASE ROYAL DOULTAN WILLOW WISP DESIGN VINTAGE

This is a Royal Doulton bud vase. The outside has a high luster smooth sheen to it with very light detailed wispy colors moving from top to bottom. The front surface also has a raised portion with a thin gold color inlay line for contrast. There are no damages or issues with this item.
