It features a young girl with light brown hair in pigtails and a "straw" hat, wearing a pale pink dress with a blue sash and shoes and greeting a bird perched on a basket. It is adorned with individually hand sculpted and painted pastel pink, blue and white flowers. It measures 8.5" tall. It is in MINT CONDITION as it has never been on display and includes the original box and packaging. It is from a smoke and pet free home. I am not a retailer or dealer.
