PRICE IS FIRM AND WON'T BE LOWERED. This "biscuit barrel" from the 1970's, has a frosted milk glass base with two different hand painted sides of apples and berries in rusty red, blue and green.The fruit is outlined in thick black and soft swaths of charcoal grey highlight the circumference. The inside is glossy white glass.The solid copper lid has a clear protective coating and the finial is of silver coloured metal. The total height is 7 inches or 17.78 cm. to the top of the finial with the barrel measuring 20.5 inches around. No maker's mark appear on the barrel or lid, but I believe it was from Wm. A. Rogers of Niagara Falls, Canada as my Mother worked on their advertising account. It is in EXCELLENT, CLEAN CONDITION with no chips, cracks or crazing and is from a smoke and pet free home.
