Victorian Pressed Glass Basket Vase. This Duncan Miller vase is shaped like a handled basket, with a lovely flower design (wheel cut by hand) on each side of the basket and a starburst on the bottom. There are four seams and the vase has a ruffled rim with an applied handle in the feather design. It measures 7¾ inches tall and 4½ inches across the width of the basket opening. A picture of this style of vase appears in the Standard Encyclopedia of Pressed Glass 1860 – 1930 by Bill Edwards and Mike Carwhile.
