Beautiful hand-painted German cider/punch/spiced wine bowl or soup tureen with a lid that has a cut-out for ladle (not included) and 6 cups. There are several variations of this popular “Castles on the Rhine” design by different makers both pre and post 1949 – this one is by Gerz with model #3361, 4 L and Made in Germany on base. Bowl measures: 12.5"H with lid; 12.5"W (handle to handle); 5.5" diameter mouth opening and 6" diameter base. Holds about 4 Liters. Cups measure: 3.75“H x 4.75“W (with handle); 2.5” diameter mouth opening.
