Vintage Fine Pottery Container with Floral Garland & Ribbon Trim

Fine hand made and hand painted square pottery piece made in Portugal. From circa early 1970s. Very delicate work with textured detailing like a picket fence with top and bottom trim detail and top half is cut work in white with shiny glaze. Hand painting in soft pastel colours with leaves of various textured fruits hung/drapped like garlands on all 4 sides of the piece from corner to corner. Topped off with hand painted ribbon trim on all 4 sides on the top edge with softly tied bows flowing down on all 4 corners. Finely made with great detail and refinement. Lovely and elegant storage piece for use in many rooms of your home, or as a planter, or for square serviettes, bread sticks etc. on your dining table. You could just display it too. Excellent condition (no cracks or crazing) - never used - just displayed.
