1960s Vintage Premier Portable Pencil Sharpener by Apsco Products, Inc. Made of a metal housing and a thin, red-striped plastic holder for the discarded pencil shavings. Manufactured in Los Angeles, California. The sharpener is in good vintage/used condition with no cracks in the plastic and it works properly. There are different settings to accommodate different size pencils. Measures approx. 4 1/2" tall x 5" wide x 2 1/2" deep. Clean sf home. Pickup in Oshawa.
