    Description

    Full news sheets from the Sherbrooke Record and the Toronto Star, from the day the death was announced, to the funeral a week later.

    Lots of pictures of the family - Prince (now King) Charles was actually rather a cute toddler!

    Photos were taken under artificial light so the papers appear more yellow than they actually are. They were in dark, dry storage, and are in very good shape for their age (over 70 years!)

    Also included: 1977 and 1997 commemorative issues for Queen Victoria, and Princess Diana’s death.

    A treasure trove for a fan of British royalty.
