Eilers "Bungalow" Player Piano Mission Style

This is a very rare Eiler's Bungalow player piano, made in Portland, Oregon. It is finished in "high mission" style in a beautifully-grained wood (not oak) and comes with its matching bench. The finish is original and is in remarkably good condition, though there are some blemishes on the left hand side and there is some alligatoring here and there. I am the third owner of this wonderful piano and am downsizing, otherwise I would never let it go. It is in working order but requires tuning. It was never electrified and uses foot-power on the pedals, which extend from the bottom by pressing a lever. It displays beautifully and I cannot stress what an exceptional instrument this is. It is currently available in Calgary and will require a piano mover, as it is extremely heavy.
