Description
Here we have a plate that measures 8 3/8" in diameter and was painted by I. Shibuta. There are no other identifying markings on the plate, which appears to be made of porcelain. The outer rim is rimmed with a flat gold color, and then there is all the pink roses and leaves on the rest of the plate. The detail is quite amazing on this eye catching piece of art.
