There are 2 square cut-outs for the inkwells covered with velvet.

A Pen Groove at the front and back, so great for sharing!

There is a storage drawer to the front and a what looks like an ebony handle (probably stained wood)

The ink well stand is in used condition and has lots of character. The one glass bottle necks are chipped .
