Non-Skid Boot Chains (Antique Circa 1920)
Way back when before fishing waders or river boots with felts existed this was the product of the day.As advertised for in the original box "THE PERFECT NON-SKID CHAIN" by the Bennet Millard Fishing Tackle Co.
Today we have river boots with felt bottoms to prevent slippage ; back then only boot chains to prevent slippage on algae covered river rocks.
