Original owner. Comes from smoke and pet free home. Works! Blows hot, warm and cool air. Includes plastic cap, hose and carry case. Plastic cap does have some tears due to age near elastic but elastic still works. Case measures 10 1/2 inches tall by 11 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches deep.
