Jam Space to Rent

Hello! We are looking to share our really cool studio with another band. Our studio has a huge window and you can smoke inside! also inluded is heat during winter, electricity and Internet! Regarding drums : we're looking for a band that won't mind sharing drums with us and other projects in the studio. The new band can compliment the already existing drum kit or supply with their own. Here our current drum kit : tama silver star. We have a snare, 2 toms, floor tom, bass drum, hi-hat cymbals, two crash (16" & 18") and a cheap bench. We'd need a band to compliment by bringing : hi-hat stand, bass drum kick pedal & a few cymbal stands. Or we can store our drumkit and leave it up to new band to bring their own that will be shareable. Band must have pre-established schedule. Please submit one (or a few) prefered time slot(s) if interested. // Local de musique à louer Bonjour, Nous avons un local de pratique super cool à partager mensuellement avec un autre band. Nous avons une grande fenêtre ouvrable et il est possible de fumer à l'intérieur. Chauffage en hiver, électricité à volonté et internet inclus! Ou si tu veux on peux ranger ce kit et le nouveau band peut amener un drum kit qui sera partageable. Le local est situé tout près de Marché Central @ 8710 Av.
