Guitarist looking to join or start metal/hardcore band

31 year old guitarist out of Belleville looking to either join an established band or start one. I play a lot of different styles and I'm pretty technically proficient at playing both guitar and bass, as well as composing. I play drums as well but current don't have a kit set up so I haven't practiced in about two years. Some of my influences include Protest the Hero, King Crimson, Martyr, The Faceless, Archspire, old Veil of Maya, Between the Buried and Me, The Acacia Strain, Meshuggah, Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza and The Dillinger Escape Plan. I'm also a big fan of all sorts of rock, punk and whatnot. Preferably I'd like to play some sort of subgenre of metal or hardcore, but at the end of the day I'm open to just about anything.
