Keyboard Player Wanted For Local Music Band - Original Works

We are looking for a keyboard player to join our band.

Genre: A mix of Soft-Rock, Folk, Pop, Indie, some say a slight hint of country at times Band focus: Primarily just the love of playing and writing music. Most members are professionally employed and treat this as sideline or regular personal passion.

Band member expectations: Simply participate in the playing, development or perhaps even the creation of our music list. Minimum participation is once per month but we generally play every 2 weeks.

Music selection: We write our own music and have a catalogue of 14+ songs. We do not typically play any cover at all but have a few times as a warm up or just for fun.

Band assets: We have a recording studio located in Halton Hills. (Acton, ON) We have good gear for rehearsing and recording.

Band culture: It is a friendly atmosphere where collaboration and new musical ideas and contributions are encouraged.

Frequency: We typically play/record 1 to 2 times per month and exact frequency is set by all band members. Typical days of the week are Sunday afternoons.

Skill Level: Intermediate or better although we certainly assist each other with specific musical talents and capability as we do have a mix of skill level.

Member application: Simply reach out letting us know you are interested. We will setup a phone call to discuss and answer any questions. If a potential fit, we will provide music tracks and music score to play to on your own time and send us a recording if feasible. We will also invite you to 1-2 rehearsals to trial prior to committing.
