What We Do:
The carb bodies and all internal components are immersed in a non-corrosive, environmentally friendly cleaning solution that is heated to 60 degrees celsius. The solution is then treated with 40KHz sound pressure waves that clean 100% of all surfaces and internal passages. These passages can be very tiny and thus easily blocked by even the smallest bits of contamination.
How it Works:
The process works as a result of the energy released from the collapse of millions of microscopic cavitations near the dirty surface. The cavitation bubbles collapse forming tiny jets that are directed at the surface removing varnish, debris, rust and other contaminants.
Need to Know:
** Carburetors must be disassembled COMPLETELY! Remove the float bowl, floats, needle valve, all jets, slide, needle, and any other parts that can be removed from the carb body. Place all small items into a zip lock bag and the carb body in a separate bag, and box up. **
