The suspension system includes a front double wishbone independent suspension and a rear leaf spring suspension, while the cart rides on 14-inch alloy rims with 255/55R14 radial tires.

For comfort, the D5 Ranger 4 seats up to four passengers with luxury two-tone seats and foldable armrests. The dashboard is equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen that supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, offering access to music, navigation, and vehicle settings. The cart also includes LED headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals for enhanced visibility. Additional features include a rear storage trunk and an optional golf bag holder.
