Buick Century Rear Tail Lights Panel / Assembly USED

Buick Century Rear Tail Lights Panel / Assembly USED, admittedly not a car guy so I don't know much about it, late 1990s or early 2000s? I picked it up and imagined putting a wire on it, lights in it and hanging it on the wall. But it doesn't really fit my decor and I'll probably never get to it. I'm hoping someone will be able to use it, as an art piece or get it back on a car, whatever you want.

It's in used condition, it could be cleaned up more and there is some small damage on the left side, see photograph.
