Great condition. Only flaw: some teeth marks along one top edge where our kids started teething on the product sticker (see images). As soon as we discovered this, we lined everything with bumpers, so the damage is isolated. Comes with FREE "Dream On Me" coil mattress we purchased new for $100 AND washable mattress topper (see last two pics). The original mattress plastic overlay has seen better days, but the product as a whole is clean and hygenic as it was always covered it with two waterproof mattress covers.) All hardware included.
