Changing between modes is done by swapping an attached bar with quick release safety clips. Seating "double" has an adjustable 5 point safety harness. Once adjusted/secured children have ability to move comfortably and can access internal mesh pockets for toys storage, cups, snacks, ect. Converting stroller can be done on the spot without the need for tools or equipment within a couple of minutes by one person. Large storage located at the back of Chariot with cover. All accessories lock and store onto the chariot saving space. When not in use or for travel, tires can be removed with the push of a button and folded flat. Comes with all manufacture (Add-on) accessories (Screen/clear cover, ect) all stored inside Chariot. Condition is next to new as we purchased late in our Childs development.
