Fully functional. A few marks/signs of wear as photographed. No defects in any function. Fully collapses with basket underneath and expanding canopy for rain/sun protection.
I will also include a Stroller Gate Check bag - also red - which nicely holds this stroller once collapsed. It’s very wrinkled from storage but has no holes or defects. Draw string too and carrying handle.
