I need to be granted permission to install/use my own internet service provider since I need a business class service that is never shared.
Flooring must be hardwood/laminate/ceramic tile(or similar). No carpeting anywhere.

Not mandatory, but ideally should be within close proximity to downtown Peterborough. Must be close to public transit bus stop regardless of location.
The apartment environment and neighborhood must be free from any excessive noise source virtually all the time since I work from home at unusual hours (anytime between 12pm and 1am 7 days a week).
Basement spaces are acceptable providing the following criteria are met: 1) minimum 7' ceiling height. 2) good natural lighting. 3) must be a well-designed space and completely sealed from noise in the rest of the house. 4) house is not in a plane of lower elevation where it can be easily subject to flooding.
I'm a non-smoker, so the environment must be strictly designated as non-smoking.
I do not have any pets.
