Job Description:
We are seeking a Full or Part-Time Cook/Chef/ Server / kitchen help 3 position to join our team.
You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.
Responsibilities:Prepare all served foodPlan food production to coordinate with meal serving hoursMemorize, record, and comprehend menu and special diet ordersOperate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyAdhere to all sanitation and food production codesClean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances Qualifications:Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fieldsKnowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniquesStrong attention to detail.
SERVER:
-must have good communication skills.
-experience in taking orders and explain in details about dishes.
- must communicate with chef for running orders to correct table.
-must have experience in using Clover POS. If not must be familiar in punching orders will train accordingly.
- punctuality is a must.
Kitchen helper:
-must have experience in cutting, chopping and cleaning.
Rest we will train accordingly.
