Hiring for 2 positions: 1 Mixer & 1 Oven Operator – Commercial Bakery Location: Etobicoke, ON (M8Z 2R4) Pay: $19/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately from 6:00/7:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM, with the possibility of longer hours and occasional weekends Only candidates with relevant commercial/industrial bakery mixing or oven-operating experience will be considered. Position Overview Bakery mixing and baking experience is required. One employee will primarily work as a Mixer Operator, while the other will primarily work as an Oven Operator. However, both employees must be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the baking department as needed. Mixer Operator Requirements Previous industrial mixing experience is a MUST Experience operating Hobart mixers is an asset Experience operating a 300 kg VMI mixer is required Strong understanding of commercial bakery mixing processes Comfortable with heavy-duty production work and lifting Oven Operator Requirements Previous experience as a commercial/industrial oven operator is a MUST Experience operating rack ovens is required Experience operating large revolving tray ovens is required Must understand the proper operation and monitoring of both oven types Comfortable working in a hot production environment SEND US YOUR RESUME TO info@aliquamgroup.com OR WHATSAPP (647)987-4473
