Server:
* Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Take orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Cook:
* Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer expectations.
* Host/Hostess:
* Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
* Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting atmosphere in the front-of-house.
Requirements:
* Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to work till 6am in morning
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both customers and team members.
