The Coop Supply Co. is seeking a motivated, energetic and career-minded Front of House Manager responsible for the supervision and control of all Front of House areas. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for maintaining the public face by ensuring that activities and operations are run both efficiently and effectively. Leadership, problem-solving, and decisiveness are critical for success in this role. The manager is expected to: Drive new sales into the business Appeal to different demographics, using social media Other duties may include but are not limited to: Ensure that guests are greeted and seated promptly and courteously. Be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints. Ensure that reservations are taken correctly and courteously. Ensure effective liaison between other departments Ensure that all charges are correctly entered on the guest's bill Ensure that all Front of House staff are dressed appropriately at all times. Ensure that all Front of House areas are clean and tidy at all times Ensure that incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously. Carry out or ensure that regular On-the-Job training is taking place to agreed standards. Hold regular meetings with all Heads of Department. Ensure that staffing levels are correct and are not exceeded without permission. Attend Management Meetings as required. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports and administrative work.
