I am the owner of Ten Gallon Bar & Grill in Newmarket. We are planning to start breakfast service and are open to two types of collaboration: Option 1: I will cover all the expenses. I’m looking for someone who can prepare breakfast. The profit share will be 75% for me and 25% for the chef. Option 2: Someone can rent the place in the mornings to run their own breakfast operation. Ten Gallon is located in one of the best locations in Newmarket, with a capacity of 190 people, a large kitchen, and all necessary equipment.
