Job Duties Include by are not limited to: The applicant should be a team worker, punctual, proactive, outgoing, and dependable, and be required to perform the following tasks:Prepare assigned food items by methods/procedures under the direction of a Chef.Prepare assigned food items by following established menus, recipes, and quantity quotas.Plan quantities of ingredients required and assemble ingredients and equipment for cooking.Participate in the preparation and cooking schedule to meet established standardsPrepare quality food within established production timeframes.Cook and season assigned food items such as soups, sauces, meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables.Test food items for palatability and temperature and adjust accordingly.Control portioning of food items to ensure recipe yield meets assigned quantity quotas.Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enrich and advance various processes through the effective use of available resources.Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen We provide great pay + commission so join our team right now.
